Other Fabrication Equipment includes plasma cutting, welding of ferrous and

non-ferrous metals, polishing and finishing for food service, hospitals, drug

manufacturing and clean room installations.

 

 

Typical fabrications at Gieske include closer tolerance work such as:

Electrical boxes, electronic cabinetry, control panels, wireways and X-ray ducts.

Replacement covers and back panels and custom sized NEMA boxes.

Door frames, window frames and flashings. KD and welded frames.

Architectural and decorative fabrications. Polished stainless steel, aluminum &

brass fabrications.

Machine guards, covers and components. Repair and replacement of OEM

parts for domestic and imported machinery.

Railroad maintenance lifting equipment and access platforms and stands.

Butler roof curbs and accessories

Stainless steel counter tops, sinks and trim work including polishing.

Traditional sheet metal fabrications required by the customers served by Gieske since

1921 including hoods, drip pans, ductwork and fittings, pitch pockets, chutes, troughs,

shelving, flashings, purlins, angle iron frames, equipment skids and architectural metals.

Prototype and product development jobs are routinely scheduled along with regular

jobs typically of a short run nature. With this typical work load, turn around is relatively
